Personal and companion care are typically private pay, though long-term care insurance may help. We will walk you through your options during the free assessment.

Can I change the schedule or services if our needs change?

Yes. We are highly flexible and will adjust your care plan, schedule, or caregiver at any time. Your needs can change as your loved one's condition evolves, and we will adapt with you. Simply call your coordinator. There is no penalty for adjusting hours, and no long-term contract is required.

How do you ensure the quality and reliability of your caregivers?

Every Integra caregiver passes a rigorous hiring process: background checks, reference verification, and an in-person interview. Our caregivers are trained in first aid, CPR, and specialized care techniques including neurological and nursing support. We conduct regular performance evaluations and encourage open communication with families.

What happens during the free in-home assessment?

A care coordinator visits your home at a time that works for you. During the 45–60 minute visit, we listen to your situation, evaluate your loved one's needs, assess home safety, and discuss your preferences. You receive a written care plan within 24–48 hours. There is no cost, no obligation, and no pressure to commit.

Do you provide skilled nursing care in the home?

Yes. Integra Healthcare provides skilled nursing services in the home for clients who need ongoing medical support. Our nursing team coordinates with your physician and care team to deliver a personalized plan of care. Nursing visits are scheduled based on your needs and your doctor\'s orders.
